I loved Water Wishes so much that I wanted to do a similar pony. I browsed through information about seahorses and the leafy sea dragon species leapt out at me as a perfect inspiration. I'm afraid I'm writing this information too long after the fact to provide much more than that. She was most likely made from a Minty and has a bunch of different shades of nylon hair, but I don't remember specifics. I finished her in time for the Rhode Island Pony Fair in 2008, but as soon as MSKing saw her, she snatched her, so she never even made it to my booth as anything other than a display.
