"Into every generation a Slayer is born. One girl, in all the world, a chosen one. She alone will stand against the vampires, demons, and the forces of darkness. She is the slayer."

Those words were uttered in the first few minutes of the TV show "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." In the second season of the cult hit, a bad boy vampire was introduced. Initially meant to be a throw away villain, he became something quite a bit more, appearing in all the rest of the seasons of the show as well as the last season of its spin-off, "Angel."

I made Spike from a Dream Drifter for Barbgirl1999. I repainted his eyes in a depthless blue and added eyebrows and Spike's distinct scar. His symbol was based on a logo from a t-shirt, with some changes and additions to make it work better on the pony. I'm quite pleased with how the dripping blood turned out. A rusty railroad spike matching the one in his symbol is on his right front hoof. Finally, I gave him platinum blonde hair to match that of the character.
